As devices go live across your buildings, your Implementation Manager keeps the rollout on track, building by building, site by site.
CMMS Integration Setup
When Hexmodal flags an issue, a work order is created in your CMMS with the device name, location, and event type already filled in. Your team works the ticket in the system they already use. Hexmodal logs the resolution.
24/7 Compliance Support
Surveys happen. Devices flag issues. Alerts go off at 2am. When something real is on the line, Hexmodal's U.S.-based support team is reachable by phone and email.
Installation Support
